After hard work, i am totally tired but the result makes me feel full of satisfaction. These are my bezedes, for my cousin’s betrothal tonight!
I will publish the recipe after the event, because now i need some rest and my whole power for today’s dancing floor!!!!

Jam filled tartlets – Smart way to use the remaining dough from a tart…

How do we do that???  Just follow 1, 2, 3 steps…
Get half dosage of simple tart dough from here (or use the remains from a tart you may have prepared!).  Prepare the dough without bake it. It makes about 6 cups.

Open the dough and place it in muffins form
Fill the holes with your favorite jam

Sunday morning coffee: Prepare for frabala updates!

Wake up at 8. Coffee at 8.30.
This great old time coffee set is a gift from a friend of mine, after realizing my relationship with kitchen: ” It is a gift for enjoin’  cooking breaks! ” said.
And se was right, this morning got my coffee in this victorian coffee cup, before start my experiments!

As i mentioned in my intro post below, one of the first thing i learned in my  seminars was the sample dough, and which ways  can bake it to get nice results.
Sample dough can be used also for any kind of tarts busquits or cookies! I suppose this is why we call it ’sample’.’
